Position Description:

• As a Jr. Sales Agent, you will be receiving both outbound and inbound phone calls though our web-based Xencall phone system for our extended coverage program for vehicles that are no longer covered by the factory warranty.  
• Your role is to simply read the Jr. Agent Script, ask qualifying questions, fill out the corresponding Lead Detail Fields in Xencall, then you simply press a button to "live transfer" the customer to one of our Sr. Sales Agents, who will then take the call and attempt to close the sale on your behalf.
• We supply all opt-in internet leads within our Xencall system, and the system does all the dialing for you automatically, you simply answer the phone.
• As an Independent Contractor working for ROI Network, you will be selling on behalf of Auto Defender, which is our consumer facing brand.  To learn more about Auto Defender, please check out our website:  https://auto-defender.com

Work Location:

• The majority of our agents work from home, all around the country.  This position is for US based agents only.
• We are actively hiring for our Mystic, CT location in our corporate headquarters.

Hours of Operation (Hours shown are in EASTERN TIME): 

• Monday – Thursday
• 9:40 AM EST - Morning Role Call 
• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST – LIVE CALLS
• 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM EST – LUNCH 
• 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST – LIVE CALLS
• Friday
• 9:40 AM EST - Morning Role Call 
• 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST – LIVE CALLS 

Pay Schedule:

• As a Jr. Agent, you will earn commissions on the down payments collected as a result of the sales from your transfers to our Sr Agents.

                       - You earn 30% for all down payments collected up to $1,999 each week

                       - You earn 35% for all down payments collected above $2,000 each week

                       - The minimum down payment collected per sale is $195 - $295

                       - Our Sr. Agents convert on average 15% of your transfers into sales

• There is no hourly pay, but you may qualify for a weekly draw of $300 towards your earned commissions (see ROI Jr. Agent Pay Schedule in Hiring Package Documents).  This means that if you only earn $200 in commission in a week, you are still paid the $300 draw.  However if you earn $750 in commission, you get the full $750 commission. But to be clear you do not earn the $300 draw on top of the $750 commission, you will earn the Draw or Commission, whichever is greater each week.
• On average, our Jr. Sales Agents are earning between $500 - $1300 per week.
• Agents are paid via Direct Deposit every Friday for the previous weeks production.

• Slack is our web-based Instant Messaging platform where agents constantly pump each other up, talk about sales, and stay connected in our group channels and with direct messaging
• We are constantly giving out bonuses and doing competitions to keep our agents excited.  Sometimes agents are earning $200 - $300 a week in bonuses alone, on top of their commissions!
• We provide constant support, with multiple managers and a dedicated Team Lead who's only job is to help our agents get the most out of the position!

Room for Growth:

• We believe in rewarding agents who work hard, are accountable, and are a positive influence on our team.   Therefore, we do not hire Sr. Sales Agents directly, we only promote from within.  This gives all Jr. Sales Agents who want to earn more a path to getting promoted.  After a minimum of 30 - 90 days, agents may be promoted to the Sr. Sales Agent position and start closing their own sales.  Our Sr. Sales Agents are earning on average $1000 - $3500 weekly, so this is a real opportunity to earn a Six Figure Income working from home!

The Xencall Web Based Phone System is your most important tool to make money with us.  It does all the hard work dialing for you so you can simply sit at your desk and take calls!

However, the system has minimum requirements for your internet speed.  To be able to successfully perform the position from your home, you will need a minimum of 50 Mbps Download Speed.

Whenever possible, hard wire your internet connection to your computer instead of using a wireless (wifi) connection.

- You will be redirected to the speedtest.net website to run the test.  On that site, please simply click the circular GO button in the middle of the page and wait for the results. Once the results come back, you will need to confirm that your DOWNLOAD Mbps speed is 50 Mbps or higher.  Anything lower will not work. Please do not move forward and request your Go-Live Training if your internet speed is below 50 Mbps.  You must call your internet service provider to upgrade your speed before starting work with us.

On your first day of work, simply sign in to our Slack Workspace at least 30 minutes before the Go-Live Conference Call starts, call in to the Training Call, and be ready to learn!  You will hit the phones and start making money after lunch on your first day of work.
