Details about the Sales Agent Position:
Position Description:
- As a Sales Agent, you will be receiving both outbound and inbound phone calls though our web-based Readymode phone system for our extended coverage program for vehicles that are no longer covered by the factory warranty.
- We supply all opt-in internet leads and Live Transfer inbound calls within our Readymode system, and the system does all the dialing for you automatically, you simply answer the phone.
- As an Independent Contractor working for ROI Network, you will be selling on behalf of Auto Defender, which is our consumer facing brand. To learn more about Auto Defender, please check out our website: https://auto-defender.com
Work Location:
- The majority of our agents work from home, all around the country. This position is for US based agents only.
Hours of Operation (Hours shown are in EASTERN TIME):
- Monday – Thursday
- 9:40 AM EST - Morning Role Call
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST – LIVE CALLS
- 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM EST – LUNCH
- 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST – LIVE CALLS
- Friday
- 9:40 AM EST - Morning Role Call
- 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST – LIVE CALLS
Culture, Support, & Bonuses:
- ROI Network has been running remote sales teams for over 5 years, so we know how important it is to provide a connected culture with all the benefits and support of an office job to our work-from-home agents.

Requirements for New Hires
Below are the requirements for all new hires. If you do not meet one of these requirements, please do not apply.
SR. SALES AGENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years Phone Sales Experience
- Minimum 3 years Phone Closing Experience
- Must have a PC, Laptop, or Mac
- Must be located in the USA
- Must have High-Speed Internet (100 mpbs download speed or better)
- Must have a USB Headset (not bluetooth)
*It is RECOMMENDED but not required to have a 2nd computer monitor because you will be running multiple programs at the same time
Ready to get started?? Before applying, please confirm you have the following:
- USB Headset to plug into the USB port on your computer to use Readymode
- If you need to purchase a headset, Logitech H390 is a great and cheap headset. As long as you can purchase a headset before you start, you can request your training
- Internet speed of 100 Mbps or higher
- Ready to work full-time starting the day of your Go-Live Training
